My office is located at Rijnsburgstraat 9 in Amsterdam, within walking distance of the Vondelpark. From this base, I help clients throughout the Netherlands and beyond. I combine tax and legal advice under one roof. That means you don't need to go to three different advisers for tax matters, contracts, disputes or an acquisition. I see the big picture and am happy to think along with you, from the initial idea to completion and beyond. Where necessary, I think outside the box, because not every situation calls for a standard solution.

How I work

I keep it practical. No lengthy advice and/or memos, but clear guidance that you can put into practice straight away. Short lines of communication, quick responses, and I like to think a few steps ahead. Whether you are a start-up or an established business with international ambitions.

I am both a lawyer and a registered tax adviser, a combination that is not very common in the Netherlands. This enables me to examine legal and tax issues in conjunction, without you having to switch between different advisers.

Register of legal areas

I am registered in the register of legal practice areas of the Netherlands Bar for the following legal practice areas:

• General practice
• Tax law
• Administrative law
• Corporate law

On the basis of this registration, I am required to obtain ten training points each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar for each registered principal practice area.
